Booking the home inspection was easy and straight forward. Although it was a new build, I added the Mold inspection to my home inspection for an extra fee. When Kaveh promptly showed up at the house at 9am, he explained he's never seen Mold in a brand new build and he would recommend I don't do that inspection. I agreed and had my refund for the mold inspection the same day.During the inspection, Kaveh provided in-depth information on my appliances for care/maintenance, and recommendations for items noticed throughout the house that weren't a safety hazard, but should be fixed because it was a new build. The write-up was provided that evening that I forwarded to the builder who took action on my house. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a home inspection.

I like no-muss, no-fuss engagements with businesses. With the building of my new construction home, I needed to move out of state until it was ready, but still needed to get a pre-drywall and final inspection done before my move-in date and I didn't want to do any crazy song-and-dance about not physically being in state to get it done. (This whole process is stressful enough as it is.) My realtor recommended Secure Home Inspections, and it was a great suggestion! Tom showed up to the property on time (even though I could not be there) and did a VERY thorough inspection. He also called me and sent me the inspection report the same day the inspection took place which had a ton of pictures and comments in it. It was so simple to book an appointment, and they are very responsive to emails. They even offer discounts if you need multiple types of inspections done over time or on the same day. (Yes, they offer a military discount.) Dealing with this company made me feel confident in the structure of the home and made me even more excited about moving in. Highly recommended! 10 out of 10, would do business with again.

Tom completed a pre-sale inspection for a house I'm selling in Luray. As the owner, I was present for the inspection and I allowed the prospective buyer to be there as well. Tom arrived at the site on time and ready to go. He explained fully about the inspection and what he planned on looking for. He encouraged questions and explained everything thoroughly. I was very satisfied with his inspection process and the comments/suggestions that he provided. I allowed the prospective buyer to accompany us on the inspection and Tom explained his stance and roll as the inspector for the seller. He was courteous, professional and thorough in his explanations to the buyer. Tom provided the results of the inspection less than 8 hours from the time he left the premises. His report was professional and available online. I was very impressed with his performance of this inspection and would give him high recommendation to anyone needing/wanting a home inspection. I would use his services again if needed in the Luray area.

I was extremely happy with my home findings which was validated by SECURE HOME INSPECTION (SHI) and Mr. Greg Killmeyer. This service is very affordable and you don't want to be without it. You need a pro to do it. This inspection was booked fast via internet and conducted with professional results. A report the same day of inspection and mine yield an appliance recall (a report product) that was inventoried by SHI. Thanks to SHI this will be addressed without the threat of a fire.
