About Us

In short, we are not just thorough but also useful.

We have spent the last 15 years honing our inspections and reports. We focus on what matters, and in our reports, every sentence serves a real purpose. The home inspection standards of practice are the foundation we’ve built up from. Our top priority is helping you understand the house so you can make an informed decision.

Owner and Lead Inspector

Juan Jimenez started inspecting shortly after leaving the Marine Corps. 15 years later, he has inspected thousands of homes all across Virginia, written hundreds of blogs, created hundreds of videos, and amassed almost 250k followers online. His burning desire to always be his best has helped to create his own little home inspection empire. No one is better to have in your corner when buying a home than Juan Jimenez.
